Looking around, I found nothing interesting explaining how to hide content in frontrow.  Why do this?  I don’t want all the items to appear here.  For example, I don’t want my TV Show in ITune to be available in Front Row.

The secret is in the /System/Library/CoreServices/Front Row.app/Contents/PlugIns where reside the information about what is displayed in the main menu.  Juste renaming the  TV.frappliance to .TV.frappliance (adding a dot in front of it) hide this item in the menu.

May be we can have more granularity (using the checkbox in front of the item in itune for example) but I haven’t time to test everything.

This is a test of inserting a Gallery 2 Picture in a simple blog entry. And effectively, the G2 pluggin for wordpress work like a charm. You should try it if your a big blog fan with a ton a pictures to show off.

La migration de windoze à os x (ou de PC à MAC) ca se fait, mais ca dépend de la liaison que vous aviez avec votre ordinateur.

Bon, certains logiciels existent pour les 2 plateformes, particulièrement dans les logiciels libres (tel firefox, thunderbird, openoffice)

Certains logiciels ont des version mac supportées par le fabriquant (MS Office, Palm Desktop, Suite Adobe)

D’autres logiciels ont des version commerciales mac, mais avec plusieurs options en moins (garmin)

Et naturellement plusieurs n’existent tout simplement pas.  (MS OneNote, EverNote, UML Diagramer, …)

Vous me direz qu’il y existe autant de logiciels sur MAC et qui pourront les remplacer aisément, peut-être!  Mais dans la plus part des cas c’est des sharewares.. done besoin d’un enregistrement payé.

Quand j’aurai terminé d’établr ma nouvelle relation avec mon mac, je vous donnerai la liste des substitus que j’ai trouvé.
